Fees

Session fees at ATC are based on the current market rate of the Atlanta metro area as well as the experience level of the clinician.  The higher a clinician's rate, the more direct therapy hours they have provided.

To align with ATC's mission to provide quality and affordable healthcare to all, each clinician also has a limited number of sliding scale spots. If you are wanting to work with a specific clinician on a sliding scale rate, please email info@atlantatherapeuticcollective.com or ask during your intake session.

  • Brief Assessment Session for all new clients. This session is 25-30 minutes and costs $70. An Intake Therapist will:

    • Review all of our forms

    • Answer any questions pertaining to our practice

    • Discuss your reasons for seeking therapy and goals

    • Gather other important information to begin therapy

    • Match you with a therapist with current availability.

      • Note: Potential clients do not have to schedule after this session and have 30 days to call back to schedule based on therapist availability. After 30 days, potential clients must meet with an Intake Therapist again to update any changes.

  • A 50-minute session with a Therapist Intern is $35-65 per session based on experience level. Interns have proved less than 300 direct client hours.

​

  • A 50- minute session with an Associate Therapist I is $120 per session. An Associate Therapist I has provided 301-1000 direct client hours.

​

  • A 50- minute session with an Associate Therapist II is $150 per session. An Associate Therapist I has provided 1001-2000 direct client hours.

​

  • A 50- minute session with a Therapist I is $175 per session. A Therapist I has provided 2001-3000 direct client hours.

​

  • A 50- minute session with a Therapist II is $200 per session. A Therapist II has provided 3001-4000 direct client hours.

​

  • A 50- minute session with a Therapist III is $225 per session.

  A Therapist III has provided 4000-5000 direct client hours.

​

  • A 50- minute session with a Partner or Senior Therapist is $250 per session. A Partner or Senior Therapist has provided 5000+ client hours.

Insurance

Atlanta Therapeutic Collective llc is currently no in-network with any insurance providers. We can provide you a superbill or invoice to submit for out of network benefits.

​

What this means is you will attend a session and pay our self-pay (aka out of pocket) rate. You will then submit your invoice (located in your client portal) to your insurance company. Reimbursement is based on your contract and agreement with your insurance provider.

Cancellation Policy

There is a 48-hour cancellation policy for all clients. If you do not cancel your session before 48 hours of your session, your card on file will be charged for the late cancellation fee.

Refund Policy

Refunds are not provided for therapy or consultation sessions. If you are unsatisfied with your session, please contact our administrative office by emailing info@atlantatherapeuticcollective.com.  Someone from our team will get back with you within 24-48 business hours.
