Haley Hawkins, LAMFT
Sex and Relationship Therapist
Haley (she/her) is a compassionate relational therapist who supports the LGBTQIA+ community and collective healing for all. She sees individuals, couples, and families, and utilizes an attachment-based approach to therapy that emphasizes healing relational dynamics. Haley understands the unique stressors and emotional burdens that arise from systemic inequality, financial strain, and intergenerational grief. She believes that true healing occurs not only at the individual level, but also through the collective strength of community. Haley guides clients in navigating the complexities of their relationships, breaking free from isolation, and building more authentic connections.
Haley practices from an attachment-based therapeutic lens, while weaving in ideas from Internal Family Systems, DBT, EFT, and some somatic practices. She sees individual adults, families, and couples in all relationship structures. Haley is also passionate about working with organizers and activists experiencing burnout or compassion-fatigue.
Haley holds an associate license in Marriage and Family Therapy and received her masters in marriage and family therapy from Saint Louis University. She received her bachelors in Psychology from Indiana University. Haley is also a certified yoga instructor, RYT-200, and teaches accessible chair yoga to adults with Parkinson’s. She has received level 1 and 2 training in Gottman Couples Therapy, and hopes to receive training in EFT and Somatic Movement in the future.
